Information that is necessary for your organic inspection and certification is located on the tag that is attached to each bag of seed. This information states the following:

  1. The contents are 100% organic
  2. There is no treatment applied to the seed
  3. The seed is not the result of genetic engineering

NII Film Coat is made with NOP compliant materials, and has been approved for use on organic seed by OCIA, the organic certifier for Blue River Organic Seed, and its brand, Blue River Hybrids. NII Film Coat is not currently registered for JAS or EU production. As with any crop inputs, growers are encouraged to contact their organic certifier before planting seed with NII Film Coat.

It is also recommended that organic farmers keep their invoices and or sales receipts in the event that the certifiers request that information.
