Sunflower oil from Sierra Organic sunflowers is very high (minimum of 80%) in oleic (monounsaturated) acid. The oil has a neutral tast, and provides excellent stability without hydrogenation. High oleic sunflower oil offers a trans free oil solution for consumers.
